The intelligentis team

The intelligentis team specialises in corporate transactions in the German SME sector with a volume of up to EUR 100 million. We combine profound expertise in a wide range of industries and can point to more than 40 years of experience in transaction projects for company sales and acquisitions.

More than 10 years ago, an entrepreneur entrusted us with the task of selling the profitable family business he had taken over from his father with a turnover of EUR 16 million after 20 years as managing director. His problem? He lacked the knowledge to approach this process skilfully. A short time later, we spoke with another entrepreneur who, at the age of 65, had not found a successor in the company or the family to be able to go into well-deserved retirement. Therefore, he too was seeking to sell his very successful company with 18 employees. We were able to help both of them in this situation.

For us, this was the trigger to advocate that every entrepreneur is successfully guided through the company sale with the best advice. We are aware of the responsibility we have for our clients’ life’s work in the sales process. With a lot of heart, commitment and passion, we and our team of motivated employees therefore lead transaction projects for our clients to a successful conclusion.
